This small-lot wine was made of clone 115 of Pinot Noir. It went through 50% whole-cluster fermentation and was then aged in old French oak. A gentle sweet nose of raspberry, cherry, cola and clove weave into flavours of black tea, almond and mint. The whole-cluster fermentation is expressed through a good tannin structure that will soften with ageing.
